Owners Association (ABOA)
Avon Bend is a community of 600 acres situated in a bend of the Shenandoah River in historic Jefferson County, West Virgina. Over two hundred landowners use the area for full time living, vacation and recreational homes. This site is for all of the homeowners and future homeowners to utilize for their convenience. The ABOA Board of Directors are filled with active volunteer members. The board is always looking for new faces to help out and suggestions to improve upon our neighborhood.
