Rules:
The ABOA member assumes all responsibility for the event and must be the requestor.
The ABOA Board would prefer that member be present at the event.
$100 refundable security deposit is required. It will be returned once the area is cleaned and back to the original state.

Return one copy of this application along with check for any security deposit payable to Avon Bend Owners’ Association, 649 General Rogers Road, Charles Town, WV 25414.
Reservation will not be confirmed until agreement is signed and returned with security fees paid.
I / we understand that, prior to the event and after the event a walk through will be preformed with an ABOA board member to inspect premises for damage and cleanliness. Security deposit will be returned after satisfactory cleaning and repair of any damages to property. Association member making application is responsible for enforcing the Avon Bend Association policies. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit. Common Property Usage Application and Agreement
In making this application, I / we hereby understand that usage of above stated ABOA common property is subject to the restrictions and agreements set forth above. I / we agree to abide by such restrictions and agreements, and further agree to enforce such restrictions and agreements in the stated area during the usage period. If I / we fail to abide by any restrictions and agreements, I / we agree to be responsible to The Avon Bend Owners’ Association for any and all damages and costs that may incur as a result of such violation. I / we understand that any security deposit may be retained in part or in whole to cover any damages or for the failure of this user to adequately clean the area used.
I / we further indemnify and save harmless the Avon Bend Owners’ Association, its officers and members, from any and all liability for damages or injuries arising out of the usage of the property herein stated under this application and agreement. I / we further release the Avon Bend Owners’ Association, its officers and members, from any and all damages, causes of action, or other liability in any way relating to the usage of the property herein stated under this application and agreement.
I / we certify that the indemnification and release herein made extends to claims which may be asserted by the applicant, or by any third party visiting the stated premises during the applicant’s possession of the property. I / we further certify that I / we have been advised by the Board of the Avon Bend Owners’ Association to purchase liability insurance to protect myself / ourselves from any claim which may result from applicant’s use of these premises.
