24 Community Clean Up - 9:00 am
Community Cleanup
Five Avon Benders participated in our Spring Community Cleanup on April 24, 2010. Thirteen bags of litter, 28 tires and numerous paint cans were picked up at the playground and along General Rogers Road, Stratford Lane and Dutch Hill Road to Meyerstown. The community looks much cleaner thanks to the efforts of these volunteers (Michael & Elizabeth Maloney, Allegra Wright, Marjorie Garrett and Terry Courtwright). The Fall Community/Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup will be held on September 25, 2010. Mark this date on your calendar.
